We invite you to Winter Park Athletic Club for a complementary training session.
You won't get a sales pitch -- rather your trainer will take time to discuss your fitness goals. Afterwards you'll experience your first full-length Slow Method training session. Your entire session will last 30 minutes.
You will receive no sales pressure, and you won't be asked to sign a contract. In fact, we don't use contracts. We keep our clients coming back week after week because we show results every workout session.
